Turn times in Los Angeles and Long Beach in July were at an average of 90 minutes and with peak season coming up there is concern for further congestion. Chassis dislocations are also a concern as the peak season approaches especially for the terminals that are already managing increased volume due to the ocean carrier restructuring that took effect in April.
