CargoNet, a theft prevention and recovery network has reported that there were 906 thefts last year valued at $100.50 million, with food and beverage accounting for 29%, followed by electronics at 13% and household goods at 12%. This is up 7% from 2014, where 844 thefts were reported with a value at $90 million.
