At a July 18 Senate Subcommittee hearing, U.S. Customs Commissioner Kevin McAleenan highlighted additional planned C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) member benefits. Benefits under development include Importer identify theft monitoring and access to AQUA (Advanced Qualified Unlading Approval) lanes which allows some carriers the ability to unlade cargo prior to meeting with U.S. Customs.
